About the Role:
- Depending on your prior experience, we’ll work with you to further develop your skill set and help you grow in your role
- Manage projects by engaging with clients across a range of creative products, delivering tailored support and solutions.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure seamless service from concept to delivery.
- Use your expertise in materials and creative finishing techniques, working with both in-house and external teams to produce beautiful creative books and projects.
- Build strong client relationships with a positive, proactive approach to both clients and colleagues.
About You:
- Experienced in working with clients, solving creative challenges, and delivering stunning books and bespoke projects.
- Knowledgeable about print manufacturing processes, with an understanding of imposition, litho, and digital techniques to get the best out of every project.
- Detail-oriented and relationship-focused, ensuring that we consistently deliver exceptional products while building long-term client partnerships.
- Passionate about quality and service, and love helping clients create books that make us proud and leave clients delighted.
