We’re pleased to welcome Glenn Hylands to the Pureprint team as our new Group Operations Director, a senior role created as we continue to strengthen our digital capability and prepare for our centennial year.

Glenn brings two decades of experience in digital manufacturing and operational leadership. He’s led multiple production sites, introduced next-generation inkjet and bindery technology, and delivered major workflow transformations, including pioneering print-on-demand processes for the publishing sector. His expertise brings real depth to our digital and operational ambitions.
This appointment comes at a significant time for Pureprint. Following the acquisition of Ashford Colour Press and ongoing investment across our Gosport and Uckfield digital platforms, the Group is continuing to align and develop its digital and on-demand production capability. Glenn will support this work by leading the integration of our digital operations and helping to advance the next phase of development across the Group.
“I’m delighted to be joining Pureprint. The business has a strong reputation for quality and innovation, and the opportunity to contribute to its next stage of evolution is genuinely exciting,” Glenn said.
Mark Handford, CEO, added:
“We’re delighted to welcome Glenn to the Pureprint team. His depth of experience in inkjet manufacturing and the publishing sector is a fantastic addition, particularly following our acquisition of Ashford Colour last year. Glenn’s expertise complements our existing teams as we continue to build our expanding digital and on-demand offering across both our Uckfield HQ and Gosport sites.”
Glenn’s arrival follows other newly created Group roles this year, including Helen Graham as Head of Group Bids and Andy Lydiatt as Director of Strategic Growth, reflecting our ongoing investment in talent and leadership across the business.
A warm welcome to Glenn from all of us at Pureprint. We’re excited for the impact he’ll make as he gets started.
