This retail client approached us to support them in gaining ownership and control of their data. Their limited knowledge and understanding of their store estate, distribution and point of sale created high wastage, slow reaction times and increased spend levels.

We conducted a full store audit to ensure that stores only received point of sale specific to their in-store unitary. We implemented Additions – our marketing technology – to connect stores to head offices, automate process, improve efficiencies and take cost out.

Our solution meant that there was a reduction of stock overs due to the accurate analysis of individual store requirements. A reduction of the number of packs sent out as well as a reduced pick and pack and call off costs via dynamic allocations – giving the client a 51% average campaign cost saving in total.
