Neil Young Wins BPIF Mentor of the Year

We’re proud to share that Neil Young has been awarded Mentor of the Year at the BPIF Training Graduation Awards. The award recognises the brilliant work Neil has done supporting apprentices at Pureprint Group and helping them take their first steps into the industry.

Neil has played a key role in shaping our apprenticeship pathway at Uckfield, where we now have five apprentices in the team, with more joining through Pureprint Imprint in Newcastle. It’s been great to see young people beginning their careers in print and marketing services and contributing to the teams around them.

This work forms a core part of Pureprint Academy, our new programme designed to bring more young talent into Pureprint and the wider print industry. The Academy will give apprentices structured development, hands-on experience, and clear routes to progress, helping us build the next generation of skilled specialists across the business.

We’d also like to congratulate everyone who was shortlisted or recognised at the awards. It’s fantastic to see the hard work and achievements of so many apprentices celebrated.

A great moment for the teams involved, and well deserved.
